I am trying to book a flight to Bangkok and it wont even let me pick my destination. Error pops up.
Very slow, no options to save data. Online check-in process cant take an hour!
This application is completely useless without English service. How can a major airline company out of Hong Kong not offer English service on their application?
I had to delete after searching for English via symbols. Not useful unless you are able to read Chinese. Delete!
No English .u need to learn Chinese!
